Craft Beer Chicken RiceΒ (SGD$16.00), paying homage to Beer Can Chicken concept. The Cajun-flavoured whole chicken thigh was grilled to succulence and served with house-cooked aromatic chicken rice that was nearly crispy.

Green Curry Lychee Duck Linguine(SGD$19.00) topped with halved hard-boiled quail eggs. The pasta dish looked deceptively simple but the spiciness sneaked up like a mild burst of fireworks. I enjoyed this very much πŸ’‹

The assertively-flavoured, lusciously thick green curry coated every inch of the linguine with relish and made the proceedings a largely satisfying affair, faltering only in terms of the spiciness involved, with the initial promise of a volcanic eruption from the first mouthful turning out to be more of an aerosol spritz. 3.9/5

With a range of 12 craft beers on tap, some brewed here in Singapore, there's enough to please craft beer fans.
.
This particular mead may be entry level with its light, fruity sweetness, but it deceptively hides a strong 5.5%abv.
.
Plus, it's made with honey! Lovely flavour.

Taken during a tasting, pictured quarter pints.

Delicious layering of flavours, from the tender smoky savoury duck breast, to the fruity sweet lychee, and the spicy green curry gravy.

Homage to the Beer Can Chicken. Juicy chicken thigh, rubbed in cajun spice, infused with craft beer, and grilled till tender and succulent.
.
Rice is buttery with a slight al-dente bite, and the baby roast potatoes are smoky and delicious from being rubbed with beef fat.
.
Taken during a tasting. Nearly every food item here is infused with craft beer.
