They served 2 different pots, black and white.
Feature the black pot (which I prefer more).
It’s a dry style of claypot, when the chicken and veggies are stir fry.
It’s not spicy at all and we can adjust to our preference with the condiments that provided.
Beside that we also can top up meat or veggie to it. 💰$9.8 ( for single pot).
📍Flaming Chicken Pot.
Hiao Hoe Eating house.
Block 747 Yishun street 72.

The soup base tasted somewhat like a mixture of pig stomach and chicken soup, a sweet version of the usual peppery pig stomach soup.

The Black Pot here is akin to claypot chicken, with the highlight being the flambé moment when Moutai wine is added to the pot! The dark sauce is flavourful with subtle hint of the Chinese wine, and this pot goes well with white rice. Ditch your Keto diet for a moment.

For the white pot, it is a peppery, collagen-filled stock that is boiled for
eight hours with chicken feet, chicken bones, chicken fats and ten other secret ingredients to
achieve a rich, milky texture. Served with chicken meat, pig stomach. 😋

Their signature dish, Black Pot has a option for spicy level: less, mild, very, super. We had the "less spicy" level which i find it just right level to enjoy the savory dry-style claypot chicken, stir-fried with spices and an assortment of vegetables. As shown in the video, this dish is presented flambe with Kwei Chow Moutai, a premium
Chinese wine that adds an oomph of aroma and flavour to the pot. 😮

Now, Flaming Chicken Pot proudly presents their 2 types of chicken pot with 50 complementary ingredients such as meat, vegetables, seafood and handmade items starting from $2.80 onwards.
