Had the 1 for 1 Maple Butter Cream Pancake as part of their closing down and relocation to the west sale. Paid $16.80++ thr price of one set.

The whipped cream is flavourful and the flufflness of the pancake is amazing.

Pancakes are light and fluffy, and good sized portions too. I enjoyed the plain pancakes

This place is halal certified so you can bring your muslim friends too.

Water is served here.

These souffle pancakes were extremely fluffy, akin to eating clouds, I mean, they better be since I waited so long for them. As someone with a sweet tooth, I was pleasantly surprised when I found myself favouring the Egg Benedicts pancake over their Berries ones. Despite having a mountain of cream served on the latter, it was not cloyingly sweet since it was pretty light on the palate. As for the Egg Benedict pancakes, 1 of it was served with salmon, while the other was with prawns. It was pretty textbook though, nothing much to shoutabout but still worth a try at least!

This is so good. So good that my wife ask me if we can order another one more.

This pancake have that "fresh" morning taste that I want to wake up everyday to.

Dream of travelling to Japan to eat soufflĂŠ pancakes daily.

No regrets, will definitely come back again.

This was quite a satisfying drink in terms of taste.

It was milky, it contained fresh strawberry, overall, it taste great.

But.

There's too much ice in it. The cup is already quite small and it's almost filled with ice from top to bottom.

Following the success from their Takashimaya outlet, FLIPPER’S Singapore has now opened a second outlet at Bugis Junction. With this new opening, diners can expect a range of outlet-exclusive sweet and savoury items such as the Honeycomb Butternut Kiseki Pancake, Millennial Pancake with Daifuku, Maple Bacon & Fried Egg Pancake and Salmon Avocado Pancake.

The secret behind the popularity of FLIPPER’S kiseki pancakes lies in several factors such as the pancakes are made to order under controlled time and temperature conditions, their usage of specific ingredients such as only using fresh Japanese milk in the batter to bring out the natural flavours of flour and eggs, Japanese Hinata eggs from Kanagawa prefecture, Hokkaido “Kitahonami” flour to create the soft and fluffy texture and top quality toppings such as Japanese chitose strawberries and French Valrhona chocolate.

We had a sneak preview before the actual opening on 25 October, and tried their seasonal limited edition, Millennial Pancake Strawberry Daifuku ($24.80) and Kiseki Pancake of Caramelised Banana with Häagen-Dazs chocolate ice cream ($21.80). True to their promise, you can truly taste the quality of ingredients in their kiseki pancakes and the cloud-like texture from each bite.
