Some administrative hiccups happened, we waited for 1h15mins despite having a reservation. Be warned

Beef was average, it's more salty than sweet. Overall it's passable. Pictured is double portion of beef I think

Take note there's a surcharge per table of 10bucks because they're a karaoke place

What I tried,

Gyu Don (Beef)
This is a bowl full of everything good. The Wagyu Short Plate is executed to perfection. Cook to a commendable tenderness, juicy and flavourful. For maximum enjoyment, burst that creamy yolk onto the fluffy rice. Ooooohhhh, the harmony of all the flavours, making every mouthful fill with a burst of savoury flavours!

Fragrant melon aroma and mild elegant taste,. Very clean and light that can taste the soft sweetness of rice.

Come here HUNGRY because you will be so full it'll be difficult to walk.

Each skewer is simple yet delicious. Flavourful on its own, make better when pair with Sake.

What I tried,

Kurobuta Loin Katsu Set (Pork)
This signature kurobuta pork loin katsu is impressive. The katsu breading is perfectly crispy without being greasy while the thicc cut pork is so extremely tender soft and juicy moist. The Tonkatsu Sauce up lifted the katsu taste. It is just an amazing combo!!! The set come with steaming hot Jap Rice, Jap Tofu and Miso Soup.

Interesting to find a Japanese restaurant @flo_bistro located by the street in High Street Plaza.

Check out the Mains All In One Lover (S$60.90++) which is great for 4 paxs to share and came with Kurobuta Loin Katsu, Karaage, Nanban, 4 Black Tiger Ebi Fry, 4 Kaki Oyster Fry, Crab Cream Croquette with Homamade Tartar and Tonkatsu Sauce.

From the YAKITORI 烧鸟 menu, we tried Tebasaki (Chicken Wing) (S$2.90++/ stick), Momo (Chicken) (S$1.90++/ stick), Japanese Shiitake Mushroom (S$1.80++/ stick), Butabara (Pork) (S$2.50++/ stick), , Quail Eggs (S$1.90++/ per stick of 3pcs), Cherry Tomato (S$0.90++/ stick of 3 pieces) and Japanese Broccoli (S$1.40++/ stick)

We also had Unagi Kabayaki which was quite tender.

Accompanied the meal with Ayu Masamune Tokubetsu Honjozo Namachozo (S$39++/ 300ml) where we get to select the drinking cup.

Currently the restaurant is having Beer Tower Promotion. If you are a beer lover, you should check out this place.
