Yes, made rice congee just like how they did it at Orange Shabu Shabu. It was utterly delicious, and so comforting on a chilly night.
We loved the soup after cooking all the meat and vegetable. It had a savoury flavour and was really yummy. The pricing here is really reasonable and we paid a fraction of what we paid in Taipei. The vegetables here are really sweet and good too. I would give the prawns a miss.
