The egg & ham omelette was made using a tortilla wrap that was pan toasted and filled with egg omelette and ham. It tasted quite bland and pricey at $6.20. Making it a set, I added a hashbrown and a cup of kopi siu dai for an additional $1 each. Hashbrown was served hot and slightly crispy but looked and tasted similar to the frozen Farmland hashbrown. Kopi siu dai was at least decent and thick.

My umpteenth visit to Fong Sheng Hao!

Came here for a sumptuous breakfast to reward ourselves since it is the new year!

-Taiwan Special Pork Patty ($6.90)
-Pork Egg Cheese ($6.90)
-Hot Milk Tea ($3 for L size)
-Iced Cane Flavored Black Tea ($3.40)

Out of all the food I have tried here so far, I prefer their toasts and Iced Cane Flavored Black Tea! Love the sweet and soft milk loaf bread!

My umpteenth time visiting Fong Sheng Hao, but the first time trying their other dishes besides their signature toasts!

-Taiwan Braised Pork Rice: The braised pork was too fatty for me! I prefer the leaner cut kind of braised pork!
-Pork Floss with Egg Pancake: This pancake was kinda dry, even when I have added the pancake sauce myself. I still prefer shilin's one!
-Signature Black Tea: My favourite drink here, not too sweet!
-Soya Bean Drink: The sweetness level of this soya bean drink cant be adjusted, so it was kinda overly sweet for me! (When I am used to taking low sugar or no sugar soya bean drinks from Mr Bean!)

With Taiwanese borders opening up soon, who's craving for a bowl of comforting 鲁肉饭?❤️🇹🇼 With @fongshenghaosg outlets situated at convenient locations like Paya Lebar and Jewel, getting our fix of Taiwanese food couldn't get easier! 😋♥️

𝘽𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 ($7.90)
𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠, 𝙀𝙜𝙜 & 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙬𝙞𝙘𝙝 ($7.20)
𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙡 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚 ($5.90)

While the quality here isn't as great as the real thing, they are pretty decently priced, and good enough to satisfy our 台湾小吃 cravings, so these will do until we set food on Taiwan soil again! 😍🇹🇼♥️♥️♥️

The milk infused toast bread is soft inside, crisp outside, with a bready milky sweet buttery smoky flavour.
The marinated pork patty is nicely grilled, with a firm moist chew to texture, and enticing savoury salty sweet flavour that reminds me of bak kwa / marinated pork jerky.
Completed with fluffy soft egg with eggy sweet flavour, and gooey cheddar cheese with cheesy salty flavour which oozes out like luscious sticky lava.
The tall stack is visually enticing, and each bite is a happy mouthful. A right start to the day with this breakfast dish.
