The white bread is sweet-ish, which I love but I think not everyone might! I loved the combination of ingredients, but I think individually each component wasn’t OUTSTANDING for eg, the pork slice was quite thin, the cheese slice wasn’t melted.

This sandwich is usually made in limited quantities at the outlet. I bought it to share for breakfast because it’s quite a hefty sandwich, being filled with potatoes and an additional slice of bread and all. I wouldn’t recommend this sandwich because the potato salad and vegetables overpower the bread, meat patty and eggs for me (which were the main draw of these sandwiches to begin with). Because the potato salad is cold, it also turns the bread cold, but I prefer warm toast and ingredients. It’s also quite expensive, and doesn’t give the same level of satisfaction compared to the other FSH toasts.

Take a bite out of @fongshenghaosg Pork Egg & Cheese paired with their Signature Milk Tea ($3.90). Sandwich between the charcoal-grilled toast is the cheesy cheddar omelette and a thin slice of marinated pork loin. A perfect way to start the morning!

Highly raved specializing in Taiwanese sandwiches, especially during the Circuit Breaker period where even getting a slot was almost impossible. And so I decided to patiently wait till I could dine in. Boasting of the Taiwan thick toast that they use at Fong Sheng Hao, the pleasant milkiness was evident as I took a bite, true to those that you would find in Taiwan.

Despite the slab of egg, melted gooey cheese and a slice of pork patty that was on the sweet side like bak kwa, I couldn’t quite find the price justifiable especially for the thin slice of pork. Good for a snack, but you might think twice for that price. Sandwich orders generally took longer to prepare as compare to other items like the mains as we observed.

Delightful brunch sandwich at Fong Sheng Hao! This was my second time eating this. Ordered a pork egg cheese sandwich this time round ($7.68) This was much better than the pork patty one! I like how I can even taste the sweet milk bread used here! Everything with egg and cheese will taste good!
