Favourite indulgent breakfast (because I find the price slightly ex for toast. So only eat in on rare occasions hehe)

Tried the ham and cheese sandwich this time. It turned soggy by the time I dabao-ed it home. Air fried it for around 3mins to heat it and crisp it up. Love the gooey cheese which made the toast tastes so good!

Also tried the iced cane black tea this time! It was soo refreshing and thirst quenching. Recommend!

豐盛三明治
Satisfying portion of the signature sandwich.
It’s layered with sliced tomato, potato cubes, cabbages, hand beaten scrambled egg & special pork patty.
Tall cup of signature black tea to complete it.

The white bread is sweet-ish, which I love but I think not everyone might! I loved the combination of ingredients, but I think individually each component wasn’t OUTSTANDING for eg, the pork slice was quite thin, the cheese slice wasn’t melted.

This sandwich is usually made in limited quantities at the outlet. I bought it to share for breakfast because it’s quite a hefty sandwich, being filled with potatoes and an additional slice of bread and all. I wouldn’t recommend this sandwich because the potato salad and vegetables overpower the bread, meat patty and eggs for me (which were the main draw of these sandwiches to begin with). Because the potato salad is cold, it also turns the bread cold, but I prefer warm toast and ingredients. It’s also quite expensive, and doesn’t give the same level of satisfaction compared to the other FSH toasts.

Take a bite out of @fongshenghaosg Pork Egg & Cheese paired with their Signature Milk Tea ($3.90). Sandwich between the charcoal-grilled toast is the cheesy cheddar omelette and a thin slice of marinated pork loin. A perfect way to start the morning!
