I was so hungry that one time that when I knew I was set on ordering the butter fish dish, I knew I had to get more than the small size.
It is RM8 for the small one (which is actually pretty filling already if you're a small eater), RM13 for the medium one and I think RM18 for the big one. If you want a bowl of rice, that would be an additional RM1.
I had the medium one then, along with a bowl of rice and a glass of pandan cooler. So that's RM13 + RM1 + RM1 = RM15. Yes, the pandan cooler was only RM1! 😁
I was quite full at the end of it, but I was satisfied. If you are frequently in Gold Chilli, you might find that Food Industrie's butter dishes has pretty little amount of gravy, so it's kind of sad, especially if you're used to putting the gravy on your rice. I'm not sure if you could request for slightly more gravy, but hey, maybe you could? 😅
Another thing I noticed was that the gravy was slightly salty, as compared to Gold Chilli's which is slightly more on the sweet side. Oh, the fish was not as soft as the one in Gold Chilli too.
Even so, I would still come here for this sometimes, because parking is excellent, as compared to Gold Chilli 😅
Kam heong chicken with rice. Satisfying though nothing to shout about.
Similar to the one in Gold Chilli, except this one has bones. Either way, it was still a good dish.
