Beef pepper rice ($6.90)
Tasty! Beef was not alot but the rice and butter with rice and pepper was nice. Goes well with the honey sesame sauce.
Spicy sliced pork set ($5.50 on promo)
UP $6.50
Comes with substantial amount of meat. Taste could be stronger. But ok for the price paid.
Chicken Chop ($5.90 promo on daily weekday lunch) was quite bland, marinated and grilled on outer skin. Chicken chop with topped with mushroom sauce (bland and not that thick) consisted of fried fries (quite salty) and onion rings (just 👍).
Grilled chicken chop ($5.90 on promo)
Chicken chop was nicely marinated and grilled. Flavourful and juicy, comes with a sauce and I chose mushroom sauce. Dish comes with 2 side dishes. I had the mashed potato and the broccoli. Broccoli is just boiled, so I ate them with mushroom sauce as well. Mash potato was nice as well.
Such value for money!! Worth the short queue at the western food stall!
Beef ball noodles soup ($6.90)
Bought from Vietnamese stall.
Soup is light. Able to customise to have a bowl without the mint leaves and onions. Beef balls are soft and tastes good with chilli sauce.
Dry fried kway teow ($6.50)
Bought from the original delights mini wok stall. Noodles were a bit oily but was cooked well, with good amount of beef as well. Beef was also cooked well, not tough nor chewy. Will patronise again but ask for less oil.
