😋👍 Yummy handmade Prawn Chee Cheong Fun (S$5) from the newly opened popular stall @chefweihkcheongfun in Bedok.

I went there on Saturday at 10am and there was already a long queue. Had to wait for about 1 hour because the CCF are freshly made. The CCF was smooth and the prawns were fresh. The sauce was not overly sweet.

Overall its yummy and I will eat again, but maybe on a weekday when the queue is not so long.

Chef Wei HK Cheong Fun gained some popularity now after it being reported in many places across social media.

Opened by dim sum chef who previously worked in Peach Garden, he now opened this stall specialise with his signature Hong Kong cheong fun.

I was surprised with the long queue even I came at 2:30pm on weekday. But the wait is worth it as all cheong fun are freshly made upon order.

The skin was thick and smooth, filled with char siew bites inside. Make sure you grab some chili paste to pair with it. $4

Just a normal plate of parboiled cockles.💁‍♂️

Thought could have a good bowl of hearty Fish Poriddge for the cold weather but it was subpar.
Broth lean toward the watery taste than savoury. Fish although was big and chunky, texture wise was rough, a texture that make me feel uncomfortable when chewing.
Well at least, I did get some warm from it but just not tastisfying.
