The girlfriend loves this stall and cannot stop. The signature soup isn't spicy and tasted like ramen broth. Unfortunately signature soup seems to have less ingredients than other soups we've tried. As you can see, their noodles come in three types - white, yellow, black. Beef shank was okay.
Cu Liang Yu Fen, with its customisable soups and meats, took over Seremban beef noodle's unit. The bowl is huge. The amount of ingredients may not be enough for two pax, but they're definitely a lot for one. You always wonder why PRC food can give so much without making a loss. Think of it, they're just using a large bowl and a lot of soup, which doesn't cost a lot more, but makes you shiok. China definitely beats Singapore at this. Note that golden soup has some spiciness.
This stall seems related to Chai's Fish Soup. Make of it what you will. Anyway it's mediocre, especially the beef. Nabe's soup is always good so I won't overrate this.
So bad. First of all, that's not Ampang sauce. It tasted like some sort of mushroom sauce. Secondly, most of the ingredients were very salty, and not due to the sauce.
People have commented that this food fad is delicious. I eat neither fish maw nor pig stomach but I wanna try this soup. I was a little disappointed, especially given the price. The soup was okay but it's more milky than anything. Nothing special I'd say. The chicken pieces here were mediocre.
Throwback post - Went Hougang mall to try the food in the food court but alot of stalls closing liao thanks to my friend's late timing 😅😅😅
Fish Soup Beehoon not bad, soup very flavorful, fish also fresh. Aiyah, they ran out of bitter gourd. should have asked for more fried egg as substitute instead.
