Charred Scallops and Smoked Broth (\$18)\n

New launch seasonal dish @sidewayssg featuring charred scallops sitting in that awesome sauce that has been reducing in the oven for hours and made with the scallop’s gonad for that rich umami taste of the sea. Pair it with the sourdough bread that’s baked fresh in-house, this is really a match made in heaven. We mopped up every drop of the sauce before letting it out of sight. Not forgetting that charred scallops which was the icing on the bread to complete this dish.\n
