Steamed Live Tiger Prawns in Garlic ($48)

Generously peppered with garlic and prawns done well!

Vanilla, Lemongrass & Aloe Vera Glass Jelly ($6)

my uncle really liked this, but i felt that it tasted like the ice jelly from those hawker stalls. it is still enjoyable though so i guess worth a try?

Stir Fried Amaranthus w/ Salted Egg & Preserved Egg ($18)

really is what it looks like...nothing special. an overpriced zichar dish

MANGO SAGO DESSERT WITH POMELO ($6)
End your meal with a creamy & refreshing mango sago that’s done well! 🥭

FORBIDDEN DUCK - HALF ($48)

Compared to the Signature Duck, this was less juicy & more cooked through.

The Signature comes with calamansi buns while the Forbidden comes with thin pancake.

Although I prefer the meat of the Signature, I would choose the Forbidden for the pancake because I like things done old fashioned😜

GOLDEN CEREAL PRAWNS ($30)
An unconventional take on the cereal prawns we are familiar with, though I don’t think store-bought cereal justifies the price🤔. Go straight for the salted egg prawns - huge & plump without being rubbery
