Noticed that the drink was changing colour? I asked for "something sweet, something lady", and I was so pleased with what I got. Pictured is the mixologist added in butterfly pea causing a change of colour from purple to blue.
As I was about to sip on this pretty cocktail, I was hit by the sweet fragrance from the pandan leaves, then the smooth and sweet cocktail infused with elderflowers with gin as its base.

I asked for something refreshing with a daiginjo, while @zanthrea asked for something pretty. This was what we got, mine was sake with a yellow watermelon and lemongrass, indeed really refreshing. And, I have mine pretty too 😁

Grilled with miso to a medium rare doneness, the steak is only lightly seasoned so the focus was on the beef. I love the thick layer of fats running along the sides and the marbling within the steak.
The Valentine's Day menu also includes "The Nest", which is hot melted parmigiano-reggiano & mozzarella with free range eggs. It's cheese on chawanmushi and I love the appetizer. Dessert is "Salted Caramel", which includes lavender, sakura sea salt, vanilla, and caramelized homemade cookies. There's another option for main course, "The Farm", which is roasted black pork with martell cordon bleu.
This is taken during a tasting.
