Sour dough pizza that stays true to Italian roots with flavour combinations I’m familiar with- having visited Italy for a good 5 days.
The pizza base is soft and chewy- subjectively approved and therefore finished without any crust being discarded by my mum and I. The Napoli (anchovies & capers X olives) pizza here reminded me of all the great pizzas I’ve had in Italy and therefore was comforting.
In a similar vein, the familiar meat cut platter was great along with strips of their signature sourdough bread base.
To quote Tatler “If you only eat one pizza this year (in London), make sure Franco Manca”- I’d gladly agree with its reasonable price range (some pizzas & platter were under £8) yet amazing produce.
