Their Handmade Meatball Pasta ($16) was less flattering. We opted for Chicken Meatballs π (cream-based pasta) which features pasta with Parmigiano cheese π§, garlic, onions, tomato π , all cooked in their homemade chicken stock & white wine. The pasta & meatballs were very light on flavours.
Recommend The Blue Swimmer Crab Pasta ($20+) at @freetherobot_sg! π Featuring a generous amount of Blue Swimmer crabmeat π¦, baby scallops, garlic, tomatoes π drenched in a luscious chilli crab sauce, white wine & cognac π₯, topped with a sprinkle of pine nuts π₯, this plate was screaming delicious! π
Pasta was rlly nice and creamy (without being overly jelat) and meatballs were v big. Only thing was that the meatballs donβt rlly have much seasoning to it although itβs homemade...
This dish was vegetarian and it tastes very bright and fresh! The portobello mushroom was juicy, I enjoyed the added texture that the pumpkin seeds gave to the dish.
I really enjoyed the strong garlicky flavours of the handmade meatball pasta. We opted for the chicken meatballs, the taste is really similar to the filling of chicken dumplings.
The truffle carbonara pasta is an off the menu item, only available through pre-order! It was very robust savoury. Definitely a must try when visiting.
