I know of two chee cheong fun places in Singapore that serves these rice flours freshly made on premises - one at Cambridge Food Center, and this one at Old Airport Road. Do you know of any others?

I like both stalls as the chee cheong fun are thin, smooth and slippery. Compared to other stall at Cambridge (Pek Kio), this one came with a savory sauce that's like the ones served a dim sum restaurant. It also came with very unique fillings, such as these century eggs pictured, on top of the usual such as char siew and prawns.

😋Silky smooth chee cheong fun for breakfast. I got the prawn filling (S$2.50/roll). Its freshly made on the spot. The hae bee hiam chilli, fried shallots topping and light & slightly sweet soy sauce pairs well with the thin rice roll. My favourite chee cheong fun. Recommend👍.

One of the more silky and smooth CCF skins I’ve had, this CCF had an amazing texture🤤 Ordered 1 roll of Charsiew (~$2.50) and prawns (~$2.50) since you had to order >1 roll! 🐖🦐 Ingredients were in substantial amounts but I must say the shrimps were lesser than my usual CCF haunt (it’s cheaper as well) 🤨
The sauce was quite satisfying bc it wasn’t Super salty, but rather quite light and not as oily!
.
THE CHILLI WAS BOMBZ AND TBH MY FAV PART OF THIS DISH !!!! 🌶🌶🍲🥟Shrimp flavour was strong and it really added so much flavour to the sweet sauce and I really LOVED IT 😍 Even if you don’t take spicy stuff...,. you gotta take the chilli....

Finally had the chance to try this highly rated Chee Cheong Fun at Old Airport Road Hawker Centre and i was not disappointed. The handmade rice rolls were smooth & silky and filled with fresh ingredients while drenched in an umami soy sauce. Definitely a good snack to have if you’re in the area.

Simply not the best. The Chee Cheong fun skin was too soft and limp for my liking. The auntie had not been too generous on the amount of prawn and scallop filling either. However most importantly, they failed to nail the aromatic savoury black sauce drizzled over most freshly made Chee Cheong Fun. So it was a miss for me.

Personally I love Pin Wei Chee Cheong Fun at Pek Kio Market, for their Chee Cheong Fun skin is always so silky and delectably chewy. As for the sauce, I have yet to find any better ones out there. The family behind Pin Wei is way more friendly too👍🏻

Genuinely can’t get over how good this tasted when I had it for lunch hence went back for it during dinner since I was still around the area.
Amazed at the sauce and the skin. Everything is made upon ordering and definitely worth the money for such quality. 6.0/10
