Located within the grandeur of Capitol Kempinski Hotel, this casual dining German restaurant is perfect for cozy afternoon brunch or evening happy hour drinks! You can’t go wrong with their crispy and succulent Veal Schnitzel ($37), served with potato cucumber salad and cranberry sauce for a sweet, fruity finish. Other must-orders include their Nuremberger Pork Sausages ($26) and Smoked Beef Sausage ($26), paired with a pint of ice cold German lager to wash it all down. Don't miss out on their homemade, deliciously savoury Freshly Baked Pretzel with Dijon Mustard to start off your meal!

Part of the incredibly worth it restaurant week menu where there’s also an appetiser and dessert for just $38++.

Very rare to find cordon bleu made from veal as most people tend to just make it with chicken. The piece stuffed with cheese and ham is fried to perfection. Truly tasty dish and well put together with the potato cucumber salad and cranberry sauce.

This was my favourite dish from lunch. Slices of apples were used for the fritters which was crispy fried and came with a delicious cinnamon coating.

We managed to sample all three starters available on the set lunch - potato leek, waldorf salad and frieda salad

My favourite would be their thinly sliced beef nicely crumbled with potato salad, cucumber dill salad and cranberry sauce on the side. Ended the night with the perfect dessert - chocolate lava cake 👍🏼

A serving includes 4 types of sausages that are grilled to smoky goodness, including a smoked beef sausage.

The moderately spicy Nuremberg sausage, one of Germany’s most significant contribution to European cuisine, is also part of the selection.
If you love cheese, you will enjoy the savoury but mild taste of Emmental in the cheese sausage.
