My neighborhood cafe operated by a couple with creative background, hence the expensive touch to the yet cosy space
Everything made here is being prepared by the owner and they pay lots of attention to ingredients. The coffee, however, I’ve tried better. Still I would return for their food.
Recently they have expanded to another floor upstairs to cater to private function.
Follow the trend, front room also come with their version of burnt cheesecake. On the back is their white forest cake which so light and yummy.
Freshly made crispy churros served with chocolate dip. Simple yet good at my all time favourite place for homey baked goods
I love bagels so when I saw that they had it, I just had to order it. They have 3 types of bagel; poppy seed, garlic and onion. I chose poppy seed. It normally comes with pork bacon, but because I don’t eat pork, they replaced it with chicken sausage for me. It was quite filling. The bagel was good and fluffy.
It costs RM25. Add another RM5 for coffee or tea.
This cosy cafe in Taman Desa makes amazing bagels – choose between garlic, French onion or poppy seed for your meal. Smaller than your typical bagels, the French onion one was just lovely. Love the sweetness from the onions against the crunchy burnt bits and the rich cream cheese spread in the middle. Some parts are a little doughy, but nothing a scoop of eggs with it can’t fix. I won’t forget the greasy, streaky bacon – what a dish.
Simplicity as its best, this soft and buttery waffle is all you need for a quick sweet fix. They’re very generous with the butter (boy, do I love butter) and with a drizzle of the sweet maple syrup, it reminds me of breakfast in my mom’s kitchen as a kid.
