Fu Lin YTF original store is quite popular at East coast road, which has been around since the 1990s.
All selection of YTF are not boiled or dipped into soul, they are all fried to crisp, with a thick gravy of meat and mushroom doused over it and served to you.
Gravy was rather thick and flavourful.
From east coast road, to suntec, to imm, Fu Lin YTF has followed me all these years and it never fails to deliver. Sure, the price might have risen, the gravy might be more watery, but just the sight of the crisp fried goodness drenched in thick, rich, savoury gravy makes all my worries temporarily disappear.

All the ingredients are fried to perfection (or blanched for the veg) before being plated and topped with their starchy delicious brown sauce 🤤🤤
We were immediately attracted by the dark and thick gravy on the YTF fried hot upon order. In fact, the gravy on the bowl of thick beehoon with some minced meat was already yummy on its own. With the YTF of our choices, it made a really simple and satisfying meal.

Get the best of both ytf world. Fried ytf was fried till just the right level, gravy was not too strong and won’t make you feel sickening near finishing. Good variety of ingredients to choose from and good location. Will be back.
