Pretty thick french toast with cheese in the middle ($11.90)

Featured here are the scrambled eggs with toasted brioche and the French Toast with Earl Grey Kaya. The earl grey kaya stole the show for me with its fragrant earl grey essence. Could easily lick the plate clean of the sauce.

On a side note, quite sad to learn that favourites such as the crispy poached eggs and the 'breakfast and brunch stuff' are being put to a 'weekend only' menu. While their weekday menu now consists of heavier mains which sounds rather commonplace. Hope @sgfuelcoffee can bring back the weekend items on a daily basis.

This is my second time back here and I'm delighted to see new additions to their menu. Was so tempted to have their pulled pork tacos again but reminded myself to be adventurous and boy, no regrets on that! Here's their Creamy Fusilli With Beef Meatballs... at an affordable price of $12.90 nett! The sauce was creamy and herby at the same time. Not too overwhelming. Meatballs were decent. I think this dish is good but not as good as their tacos. Worth paying a visit to this cafe though!

my second visit to fuel cafe (after their soft launch) and it didn't disappoint me. you will be spoilt for choices 'cause they have a greater selection of mains now! I had their pulled pork tacos ($13.90) and Mocha ($5.40). Both were great! Will be back to try to try out other dishes on the menu 👍🏻👍🏻
