I’m not a fan of old school Nasi Lemak bcos I don’t eat the mini fried fish but hubby loves it. Reminds him of his childhood he says. This nasi lemak tasted like what you would expect: simple, rustic and basic. I was surprised by the amt of sambal chili. Usually it would be a miserably small dollop, but this was generous. Otah was good. Breaking the half boiled eggs over the nasi and watching the yolks flow was a source of joy for me. This was the best brunch I’ve had at a hospital. Kopi was bland.
