Good service, friendly assistant manager

Nice place to chill after work
Pistachio Crust was interesting, the pork is tender
And that yellow thing at the side is not potatoes, it's pineapple hahahah my bf got a shock

With coconut ice cream, roasted peanuts and orange creme. Like everything here, this was overpriced.

Beef was extremely tender, came with beetroot and some fried potato pieces

Sad that there’s only 2 pieces

Ambience was nice, service was good

Fyr Cycene Ond Drinc is a modern rustic chic restaurant that mixes European and Southeast Asian cuisines together. An emphasis on grills and meats, the food over at Fyr do see some unique combination and innovations.

Pictured here is their small plate of Ibérico Ham Croquettes that is topped with slow roasted tomato jam and curry aioli. The flavours and spices in this dish definitely reminded me of Southeast Asia - India in particular. Each croquette was delicious, the Ibérico ham blending well with the curry aioli. A pricey little starter but a tasty one at that. And hey, it's pretty to look at.

We ordered an Iberico Pork Tomahawk [$50++], which was pricey but very worth the price. The pork was a kind of melt-in-your-mouth kind of delicious. The roasted rum infused pineapple was very juicy and sweet, together with the pistachio crust and an accompanying sauce which melded wonderfully with the nutty taste of pistachio.

We ordered a Snapper Fillet [$28++] which has sautéed red wine oyster mushroom and fried sliced ginger. The snapper was tender, highlighting the freshness of the fish.
