Black Angus 150-Days Grain-Fed Sirloin ($37.50)
- 250gm of sirloin steak (We asked for it to be cooked medium rare)
- 2 Sides: Jacket Potato with yoghurt & bacon bits + sauteed vegetables of the day & 1 sauce: Lemon Butter sauce
The beef was cooked perfectly and was very tender. The cut was quite lean with a small layer of fat on the side of the cut. The jacket potato was slightly too hard for me and would have preferred it to be cooked longer. The sauteed vegetables were moist, had loads of garlic flavour and delicious. Loved the lemon butter sauce which pairs very well with the hard and dry garlic bread; creamy, fragrant and tangy
(My dining companion felt that the beef tasted like banana; But rest assured that I did not taste that in the beef)
Overall: 8/10

Beef & Foie Gras Burger ($23.50)
- Presented to you in a smoked cylinder
- Comes with thick fluffy charcoal buns, foie gras infused beef patty, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon
- 2 Sides: Garlic Bread + Mesclun Salad with sesame dressing & 1 sauce: Gorgonzola sauce
The burger as a whole was very moist, juicy, fluffy and flavourful. Beef patty was thick and meaty but could not taste the foie gras added into the patty. Enjoyed the gorgonzola sauce that came at the side was creamy, slightly pungent and surprisingly light and mild. Couldn't taste any smokiness in the dish though. The sides were decent though the garlic bread was too hard for my liking (May be because they were using something that looked like a baguette?).
Overall: 8/10 (Worth trying if you are craving a burger)

Nasi Lemak Pizza ($16.90)
- 'Bertha-oven grilled thin crusted pizza with coconut bechamel base, sambal chili, grilled chicken, egg & peanuts'
The pizza had a very aromatic strong coconut milk aroma and sambal flavour. The sweetness from the sambal, saltiness from the ikan bilis, coconut milk & egg worked very well together and it was truly as if you were eating all the flavours of an authentic Nasi Lemak with every bite. This pizza would have already been a joy to eat as it is but was elevated to a whole new level when eaten with the crunchy sliced cucumbers at the top which provided additional crunch and a refreshing aftertaste to end off every bite, making the experience of eating the 'Nasi Lemak' even more authentic.
Perhaps my only 'negative' comment would be that I did not taste nor see any peanuts on the pizza though.
Overall: 10/10 (Must-try dish)

Unagi Bruschetta ($12.50)
- Bruschetta topped with mayo (A sauce that was off-white in colour), lettuce, unagi, teriyaki glaze, bonito flakes
The unagi was soft and thick and the entire dish is a good starter that tempted me to order the Unagi Fillet ($22.50) from the Mains as well (Which I thankfully did not as there was far too much food already). For its price though, not too sure if it is worth ordering as I felt the portion was quite small but then again, it is a Starter.
Overall: 8/10

The BBQ Short Ribs is really flavourful and tender with a sizeable portion of grilled asparagus.

The staff here are very friendly and prompt in services. It has an extensive menu ranging from Asian delights to Western grills. With the wide range of food, it is definitely a nice place to gather with your friends!

I had the short ribs and it was nicely presented to me. It was accompanied with many greens and the short ribs were tender. It was effortless to cut them into small pieces and simply joyful when I tasted them.
