Drawing on her heritage, this last bite had hints of fennel seeds. We had a wonderful dinner here at Gaa and this is one restaurant I look forward to coming back. I love their cuisine, how they are innovative and yet, it’s all about the guests and not about themselves. You can feel that Chef @arorgarima cooks from her heart and that she has her guests at the centre of it. Congrats on your Michelin Star! So happy for you all.

Brilliant combination and utterly sublime. What I loved about team Gaa is they are so versatile and accommodating. My friend who opted for the vegetarian menu had shallots on hers instead of the pork floss and she gave it big thumbs’ up!

Again lovely flavours and textures and the banana juice was amazing. I wished I had done the juice pairing with my meal as I’ve heard it’s crazy good.

Interesting course, replacing meat with a flower of the woods and we found the sauces fascinating with hints of blue cheese.

Blue swimmer crab with long peppercorn, a really mild but delightful curry in every sense, cooked with macadamia milk. Absolutely loved this

Yet another amazing course. I love the use of pomelo with the crayfish and the khakra was the perfect wafer thin base for this. Yums!
