I HATE hollandaise sauce, so I requested for it to be put on the side. This was part of the 4-course Xmas set meal currently ongoing ($25.80), salmon was grilled perfectly and the slab was generous enough. Served with potatoes, carrots and broccoli - - I felt health coursing through my veins as I ate this.
Part of the 4-course Xmas set meal at SGCC ($25.80) - - pretty light-tasting end to a very big meal. Given that most pumpkin pies you'd get outside would likely cost at least ~$6, this was really worth it!
Seated on a mount of creamy mash and glazed French beans, carrot baton, and meaty eryngii, it sports a juicy and pink inside that will keep you all warm and fuzzy with every mouthful. It comes with an inimitable, strong scent too...thanks to its coat of stilton butter. How lovely. Ok, that's all.
