2 flavors for AU$6.80. Spoilt for choice with 40 freshly churned unique gelato to choose from! Quite intrigued by some of the bold flavors, like pistachio praline, coconut & lychee, nougat, pandan & coconut sorbet etc. They also have a good selection of sorbets.
Felt like an adventurous day so I got the more uncommon flavor profiles. Otherwise, my safe pick would be pistachio or tiramisu (or both) Really enjoyed the soft, sticky, yet velvety texture. I prefer the Pannacotta one, simply because Fig is MY THING and the fig jam clumps are generously slathered throughout and you could get bits of it all over. For the pear & rhubarb, the pear flavor was too faint for my tastebuds. It is nice still though
Apparently the best Gelato in Sydney, and I have to say, it's pretty good. We had the Pandan & Coconut and Bounty flavors. Both were smooth and creamy in texture but with the lightness associated with gelato and not as sweet as most ice creams.
Pandan and coconut. Poached figs in marsala. Salted caramel with white chocolate. Apple pie. Chocolate and hazelnut. Pistachio. Yoghurt and berry. Blood orange and a bunch of others - $5. The undisputed king of Sydney gelatos, do not expect to walk out empty handed.
