Shop name:
Genki Sushi

Impressions:
(Clockwise from top left)
Salmon Avo Mentai Don $6, Natto Gunkan $1.90, Kani Salad Gunkan $2.30, Salmon Ikura Gunkan $5.20.
First, the salmon in the mini Don was lean, dry and broken up in pieces Second, the portion size of the Salmon Ikura Gunkan was tiny for a $5.20 sushi. Taste-wise is poor too as the ikura overwhelmed the measly amount of salmon. Shame.

Will eat again
I guess it's okay
😞 Meh 😞
Not going back

$6++. Saw this new item on the menu and had to give it a try! Appreciated the tempura fried salmon topped with an onsen egg. Also, this outlet has a queuing system so we didn’t need to queue in front of the shop.

These tempura eggs had a crispy batter and went well with tempura sauce. The eggs were cooked just right as well.

Finally dropped by @genkisushisg to try the cheese mochi and it was crisp outside chewy inside with all that cheese flowing 😋 However I felt the cheese was way too salty and the mochi was too oily for my liking as well. Hope to find more cheese mochi places in Singapore because I miss the ones in Hokkaido so much 😩

💸 $56.50
