Yee Sang is a dish that is served in Malaysia and Singapore during the Chinese New Year, consisting of shredded pickled vegetables, carrots, jicama, pomelo, orange and lemon rinds, crushed peanuts, crackers, spices, raw salmon and drizzled with sweet plum sauce.

The Yee Sang here was arranged into the shape of the rooster to signify the year of the fire rooster, and is served with raw tuna. The sauces were sweet and savoury and the portions were allocated well, you got to taste a bit of everything.
