Geometry (Bukit Merah)

Was pleased by the service from this neighbourhood cafe and was even more impressed by their gelato!

We had their waffles with 3 scoops of ice cream ($16.60) and we got the Earl Grey Tie Guan Yin, Black Sesame/Goma and Speculoos.

The Earl Grey Tie Guan Yin was the best among all, with the floral Earl Grey flavour complementing so well with the fragrance of the Tie Guan Yin tea. Not too sweet and a delightful flavour, this is one ice cream to get here.

The Black Sesame or Goma was also very impressive, with a good mixture within with milk flavoured ice cream so that the black sesame does not come out too strong. It is not too grainy as well and the richness of the sesame flavour was just right.

The Speculoos flavour was good, not too sweet and you get the caramel flavour you would expect.

The waffles were fluffy on the inside and slightly crispy outside. Definitely a good pairing for the delicious ice cream!

Didn’t like the brownies - too sticky to the teeth and way too sweet.

The Goma ice cream and dark chocolate truffle ice cream were very good.

The cold tea brew is a must have .

This came in a set at 16.50

The three ice creams tasted very mild. Flavours not pronoun enough and also not very very creamy. I am not able to pick a favourite as its just very okay tasting.

I dislike the waffle though, it’s not crispy nor buttery. Has the taste of baking soda.

If this is at my neighbourhood, I might go back to try other ice creams. Sadly, it’s actually pretty far for me, therefore not going back anymore.

Handcrafted Tart With Pistachio Ice Cream 🍦 Wanted to order waffle but this handcrafted tart caught our attentions. Turns out it's a really amazing almond tart! There isn't a strong terrible almond smell/taste to it which is what I like 😋 Don't see this tart so small it's good for sharing between 2 to 4 pax. Some more the ice cream scoop so huge and the pistachio is soooo good! Would definitely go back and order this again #myheartapprove for sure.

We were googling around for nice gelato to ease on cravings on such a hot scorching day and we came across 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐲 on the search! Upon arrival we were greeted with a small little cosy shop serving a wide range of Gelato with a couple of small tables for you to dine-in comfortably. There’s a wide range of regular flavours and premium flavours, do note that premium flavours has an additional of $0.70/scoop. We chose 2 of their signature flavours, Earl Grey Tie Guan Yin & Pistachio 🍨. Amazingly both taste super shiok and refreshing. Earl Grey Tie Guan Yin sounds very weird but it’s a good combination, it has nice earl grey flavours with a mild hint of Tie Guan Yin taste and its so refreshing. Pistachio was totally on point and it even includes small bits of pistachios in it too! It was so comforting and satisfying and we can’t wait to be back again for more! ⠀
