* This place has closed :( Please try somewhere else. * Originating from Tokyo, Ginza Yoshihiro is a family establishment of Japanese traditional restaurant with over 30 years of history. Ginza Yoshihiro Singapore offers authentic Japanese omakase and executive set lunches, featuring fresh, premium seasonal ingredients such as seafood, wagyu beef and kurobuta pork. Our signature Oden comes with a homemade soup that is made from scratch. Oden is generally a winter dish in Japan and it varies by region. The ingredients used are specially chosen to create Yoshihiro’s unique Oden flavour. It is very famous in Japan and was exclusively featured on Japan’s television for more than 15 times. The restaurant has been passed down to their second generation. Presently owned by Chef Nishioka, he is also the main chef in Ginza Yoshihiro, Singapore. His younger brother is currently running the restaurant back in Tokyo, Japan. Ginza Yoshihiro Japan is also well-recognized for their tendon served with fresh prawns and seasonal vegetables. A fat piece of juicy prawn rests beneath its unctuously crisp exterior, matcha salt on the side as opposed to the commonplace dipping sauce of dashi, mirin and soy. Excellent!

Last night's sashimi platter as part of our omakase indulgence at two-month old Ginza Yoshihiro at Marina Mandarin Hotel. Impeccable quality at reasonably affordable prices.

One last fabulous meal before we're off to Seoul for more gourmet adventures. See you in Seoul!

Because we wanted more Uni and chef couldn't say no. 😁 Chutoro tastes the best without rice and the creamy uni brings out the sweetness in this pairing. Best ending to last night's dinner at @ginzayoshihiro Will be back for an improved Uni-nori tempura! More in Snapchat @msskinnyfat

I genuinely enjoyed the Bara Chirashi Don (had it on a return visit) – a bowl of substantial portion of fresh sashimi and roe, added with torched eel for more savoury flavour, and a sprinkling of sesame with gave the fluffy rice a pleasant light aroma.
