As white and minimalistic as the beautiful decor of the place. Not the most complex cup, but it had a well balanced profile and extremely smooth and easy to drink.

The beans they use are seasonal and cost $8 for the filter coffee. This particular bean was really sweet on its own and the fruity taste hits you first before ending off on a slightly bitter note. Really easy to drink. Really like the aesthetic of this place and shoutout for playing good music (pretty much straight outta my spotify haha)

~$7, very creamy, not such a strong earl grey flavour but strong lavender flavour. A lil too buttery and creamy for my liking.
Ambience was very whitewashed and nice, although a little crowded during a public holiday.

6.5/10

It's on the acidic side. Very...acidic. Needed to drink a good cup of water after.

SEATS: Counter seats / tables of 4 / communal tables / high chairs

AMBIENCE: Nice. All-white interiors with high ceilings

When in Somerset, this spacious, white-walled coffeehouse is the spanking place to be for solid joe. The coffee's made with single origin Ethiopian beans, which results in a creamy, nuanced White ($5). Try also the Filter Coffee (from $7), such as a funky Ethiopian Jasper that sports floral, mildly fermented flavours. If you're feeling peckish, the cafe serves up cakes and pastries from Carpenter and Cook — go for the savoury Pine Nuts and Sundried Tomato ($5) that rocks beautiful, flaky pastry layers.
