($12.90) hmmm dumpling still ok for me but then the soup base still spicy for me.

($11.90) I literally returned back for their signature dry noodle after 2 years ago? but then I felt that hakka sauce was not much and slightly oily tbh. I felt that noodles texture was quite nice and also dent enough.

Noodles are sooo good. Soo chewy, it's the soft type so those who like al dente might find it too soft. Dark sauce is flavourful, soup is tasty, has a fragrant huadiao flavour. Meatball not nice, flavour texture cmi. Get the bursting meatball instead. Shallots r v crisp and fragrant, ikan crunchy, minced meat tasty. Lots of spinach. Egg creamy but wished it was hot. I like that the ikan and shallots are kept separate so they remain crisp, and u can add the amount u want. Really enjoyed this meal!

Sooo good!! Thin noodles were super chewy and well coated in a fragrant oily sauce, and came with minced meat, black fungus, crunchy ikan bilis, century eggs, crisp and aromatic fried shallots, pork lard, and coriander. I tried the bursting meatball before and loved it, and it’s still rly good - bouncy meatballs with a v juicy and flavourful meat filling within. An enjoyable meal!! I could do without the century eggs and less oil as it was slightly too oily, but I defo would recommend~

I finally tried to try their noodle after a long time and I think that I told myself that I want to try it when they open first outlet at 313 Somerset that year. But I kinda forgot it when I was busy with other stuff. The soup contained with strong hua tiao jiu (chinese wine) after they served and they pour it after that. Their soup broth is superior tbh and their meatball packed with broth inside also when cutting into half. omggg. so juice and chewy for meatball tbh. mi xian was really silky and smooth and not that "overcook".
