Made in-house, this Japanese red-bean pancake is a great snack to have if you’re feeling peckish. Love the bitterness from the matcha powder coating and how it blends nicely with the sweet pancake. Goes great with a long black.
Can I just say how much I love hojicha anything? A little sweet for my liking, but the roasted tea flavour still comes through with every sip.
