It was super crisp and fresh! Best ever by far for me!

Gobbler’s response to this: Nah, don’t bother. Is priced affordably but only maybe if you are nearby and are craving for Thai food. The green curry fried rice was wet and lumpy :( The steamed fish with chilli and lime is fresh but not that any of the dishes we tried blew us away.

Never heard of Thai Beancurd Soup and we decided to try it and find out what it is! It looked pretty unappetizing to be honest and it's taste was rather meh. Furthermore, we felt that it was rather overpriced, because the soup contained tofu, pork, cabbage and carrots but cost upward of $6!

Nonetheless, it is the only non-spicy soup on the menu and if you are with friends who cannot tahan tomyum soup, this might be an option to consider!

Fried vermicelli with chicken.

We have always been eating pad Thai and decided to try something else this time! This feels like a healthier version of pad Thai that's less heavy on the palate but is good nonetheless! The serving size is huge for $6, we think that it's enough for 2 small eaters. Recommend this place for a convenient and affordable Thai food fix!

We popped by Thai Gold Food by chance and we decided to stop by for dinner, as we recalled how this place used to be really crowded at dinnertimes before the COVID pandemic. Sadly, the green curry fried rice was rather underwhelming, as the rice was overly wet and a little too soggy. Furthermore, the restaurant used too much coconut milk relative to green curry, and the taste of coconut milk dominated the dish.

Nonetheless, dining here is pretty friendly for your wallet as the dish costs only $6 nett!! 😁 However, we would probably try their other fried rice items, such as the tomyum fried rice, as we have seen numerous positive reviews about those.

Flavourful & tasty tom yum fried rice, I love the aroma and texture. For an extra kick, you can add chilli padi soy sauce. My Thai food craving fulfilled here ✌🏼
