Comes with generous servings of char siew and two types of wantons. Instead of the common char siew with red coloring, I prefer this type of caramelized brownish char siew. I suggest getting the large portion cos the ingredients are so yummy you won’t get enough of it.

Second time having this and I really liked it this time! Noodles were al-dente / qq and I found the savoury sauce rather nice today. Fried wantons were crispy, boiled wantons were meaty n bouncy. Charsiew was great! I think I developed a craving for this oh no

Edit: also would like to say that the portions are SUPER generous and the uncle is also very friendly :)

This was the first time I tried their wanton mee. Liked the charsiew, it was relatively lean so it didn’t feel too sinful, but still had nice caramelisation and some fatty parts. Dumplings were good too! Noodles/sauce was decent, but I like feifei’s (the yuhua one) sauce better.

This was my lunch bud’s order. It came with charsiew, ngoh hiang, fried dumpling, fried wanton, veg and noodles, and boiled wantons in soup (unpictured). Very value for money and there was nice caramelisation on the charsiew! Ngoh hiang and fried dumpling was good too :)

This stall is popular for its thick and saucy dry wanton mee but I prefer noodle soups, therefore opted for the soup version. For $3.50, WORTH is the only word I can use to describe this bowl. In my opinion, the star would be the thick cuts of Char Siew, perfectly charred and not too fatty, just the right amount of fats I would say. The queue moves quite fast so don’t worry about having to wait too long to get a bowl!

Got introduced to this somewhat phenomenal bowl of noodles for the first time in my life - qq noodles drenched in delicious and slightly sweet sauce, never ending pieces of charsiew and yummy ngoh hiang and wanton at the side.
