The combination of oysters, salted eggs, scallops, and prawns into these fritters were simply amazing. This dish is not a common sight as it is commonly only found in traditional cantonese restaurant.

Golden spoon restaurant serves traditional cantonese style food at tiong bahru estate. Crab bee hoon is a must eat dish once you are there. Bee hoon has this "wok hei" taste and you simply get addicted to the bee hoon together with the gravy. Not to forget about the crab, which was very meaty! Yums yums

We also had the famous crab bee Hoon which looks so appetising, that we didnโ€™t take a nice photo of it. Sadly

But the salted egg prawns was great too. Service is great. Really have that family feel to the place.

My first crab bee hoon experience started on a high note! Generous portion (S$70-seasonal price), good to share with three other friends. Donโ€™t forget to order their coffee pork ribs (S$16 small) too. One of the best I had!

Tang Hoon (mung bean vermicelli) is placed beneath the clam meat to soak up all the delectable seafood juices released during steaming. The clams are then drizzled with hot garlic oil and sweetened with soy sauce for that extra aroma and flavour. ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
