This was decent, but it’s nothing to shout about. The dish could do with more sauce. They have other better items on their menu, like their josper charcoal grilled meats or other pastas, so go for those!

Enjoyed this a lot! Even though it wasn’t very uni ish? I expected more savouriness, but the scallops were nicely seared and the uni cream sauce was not jelat!

The beef was good. The fatty parts were especially juicy, and was perfect with that little bit of char at the seared parts. When you bite into it, there is the burst of meat juice (yums!!) The mash was nubbad, it wasn’t super creamy / milky but still tasty. But I think I prefer a mash with stronger flavours.

The chicken was tender and juicy, and came with a savoury sauce. Enjoyed this!

There was truffle oil sprinkled on the soup, which had a strong truffle smell. The soup was the thick kind with blitzed up mushrooms, and was creamy but not too heavy. The bowl (plate?) was relatively shallow so there wasn’t a lot, but no complaints bc I felt that the amount was just nice. Not the *best* I’ve had but this is above average! It came with a thin crisp slice of bread.

This bread had crisp edges, with a soft inside. Was served warm, and with olive oil + vinegar. Could be fluffier if I were to nitpick but still a delightful starter :)
