We would be sure to order Gram's signature pancakes ($17.90++) if we were to pay the restaurant a visit! The dish comprises 3 ultra-fluffy souffle pancakes that are really wobbly! To go with the pancakes, Gram also provides you with butter, maple syrup and cream. All three "condiments" go pretty well with the pancakes although we think you can go easy on the butter as you should be able to taste the eggs and butter inside the pancakes without having to add more. Do give it a try and if you like all of them, you can even add all of them on your own pancakes! 😋

Do note that Gram is really crowded immediately after lunch and dinner time as many people will head here for dessert! Hence, do try to go early or you will find a snaking queue outside the shop!

Gram is the place that we always go to after a trip to Sentosa, because we love their jiggly pancakes a lot! 😋 Since Gram reopened at Vivocity in September, they have had a time-limited Kit Kat menu and we are glad to be able to order the chocolate souffle pancakes even when we visited in December!

The dish comprises Gram's signature souffle pancakes, topped with chocolate drizzle, strawberries and two bars of kit kat! If that is not chocolatey enough for you, Gram also provides you with a serving of chocolate sauce on the side for you to make your dessert even more fudgy! We loved the mixture of chocolate and souffle pancakes, although we think the cream at the sides don't go very well with the chocolate sauce! ☹️

That being said, the dish is priced at around $20++, which is actually pretty steep for only two souffle pancakes though. While this is nice, the dish is priced high enough to make us reconsider getting this again as it did not taste exceptional.

I usually love their original because they are soft and fluffy. So I am surprised to find their lotus Biscoff so thick and dense. Has it been sitting out in the open? I am puzzled and disappointed. Maybe my batch is just abit unlucky. But I think I will not order the lotus Biscoff and stick to the tried and tested original.

The pancake wasn't as soft as I expected, could be better. Personally, I felt that the price point isn't worth the quality of the food. We also tried the summer fizz, the lime overpowers flavour, not recommended. Overall 2.5/5.

Making you green with envy 💚 is this towering stack of 3 discs of matcha souffle pancakes 🍵, served with a side of Kit Kat Chocolate Soft Serve 🍦, finished off with chocolate rasps, Kit Kat matcha chocolate bar 🍫, strawberries 🍓, house-made butter 🧈 & whipped cream ☁️.
I like how the slight bitterness of matcha makes it less sweet 👍🏻 so I can afford to drizzle on more @kitkat sauce for the ultimate indulgence! 🤤 The tangy berries & whipped cream will also helps to cut the sweetness. ✔

This is perhaps the best souffle pancake we've tried so far, both texture and taste wise! The pancakes are fluffy but yet not overly soft. They tasted eggy and creamy as well, which went very well with the whipped cream and maple syrup. We have initially thought that the pancakes might taste a bit too plain but they are perfect on their own even without the fruits!

Worth the 25min wait, definitely coming back!
