The sliced fish was smooth and tender, portion generous, cooked with onions, spring onions, tomatoes, and sambal. Sambal flavour was tasty, with sweetness, savouriness, and spiciness, and the addition of tomato gave tanginess. A very classic sambal homey taste that warms the soul and reminds you of grandma at grandma’s place.
