Crispy with lots of cereal, addictive!

Fragrant & smooth yam paste in thin, crispy batter. Very generous portion of assorted vegs given, literally ate more than half of the ring myself 😋

Truffle aroma is strong, love the crispy lotus root that comes with it, noodle texture is just nice too. One thing is it's way too salty for me but otherwise nice dish for Truffle lovers!

One of the few vegetarian restaurants in Orchard Road, Green Ba is located at TripleOne Somerset; offering Asian and Western style of meatless foods here.

Their claypot rice is one of the signature items here and offered in a few choice of different ingredients.

Hericium is one of it, a kind of mushroom cooked with their special herbal sauce. Accompanied with few pieces of broccoli as well.

Came here with my friend for dinner.

I ordered the Hericium Basil Sesame Oil Claypot Rice ($14.90). Taste really flavourful and the sesame oil and basil made it fragrant. I love the Hericium mushroom, it has a sort of string-like texture just like meat. There's also Chinese sausage which was not too bad. Chestnut were ok. Broccoli was nice and crunchy.

My friend got the Truffle Hericium Aglio Olio ($18.90). The smell of truffle just perfumes the whole dish. It was quite spicy but not as flavourful as the claypot rice. Also my friend found a short hair in her dish...

For dessert we had the Deep Fried Ice Cream ($7.90). The ice cream comes with cubed mango. I like how the batter was crispy.

Overall would recommend the claypot!

Note this spot in Marina Square for a meat-free meal with the colleagues. Have their Blue Pea Nasi Lemak ($14.90) with spicy and delicious sambal for a foolproof lunch. The table could also share the thin and crispy Pesto Mushroom Pizza ($18.90) and the Vegetarian Satay ($10.90).
