It sounded promising, with a torched caramelised surface but was essentially just lots of vanilla and chocolate cream.
A twist from the famous German rare cheese cake dotted with peach and topped with a delicate butter cookie. I wished the cheese taste was stronger, it was so light it tasted like mousse.
