This was umami in every bite, and it tasted so good on its own we went without the extra sauces provided. For $32 this was a bit steep for 4pcs tho

Decided on Thai from the many cuisines they offered and WOWOOWW this was downright delicious- from the intricate fried omelette to the tender chicken breast to the piping hot tasty Thai kuay teow. Love that they provided extra chilli. Very authentic and delicious!!!

It’s not just the view that impresses at Dusit Thani’s flagship multi-kitchen concept restaurant The Greenhouse, the food – spanning Thai, Indian, Italian and Japanese – had our approval as well.

On the weekly specials menu was a beautiful saffron cream bucatini, the sauce further enriched with sea urchin roe and enhanced with lashings of a mellifluous basil pesto, with sprinklings of broken parmesan punctuating the richness with bursts of sharp cheesiness.

Dusit Thani is the perfect hotel for a staycation if you are a foodie and also fancy getting out of the city - the Discover Dusit package includes daily breakfast for 2, and $30 dining credit per night at The Greenhouse. Pretty sweet if you ask me.

With melt-in-your-mouth slivers of smoky torch-flamed salmon draped over rolls of sushi rice packed with crabstick and avocado, the Shake Aburi is a great appetiser to go along with drinks at the start of your meal.

A riot of colour and flavour, strips of smoky, oven roasted spicy chicken are married with cut chilli and onion for added kick, whilst coriander and lashings of yoghurt provide sweet relief from the heat, and the applewood fired charred crust itself is fluffy yet retains a good bite.
