The glowing bowl consisted of brown rice, nut mix, seaweed shreds, cauliflower & broc, cherry tomato, edamame, pumpkin cubes, firm tofu & roasted chickpeas. Was a decent dish but none of the components were outstanding. I liked the nut mix for the crunch + slight saltiness it added to the dish.

Had a nibble of the salmon, which had a rather crisp skin! The ochazuke broth reminded me of a Korean roasted barley tea which was pretty nice.

Would totally recommend the Zen Spread! All the ingredients complemented each other very well and the portion was substantial. A lovely cafe for a relaxing slow afternoon. Both mains were redeemed using burpple 1-for-1.

Pork belly with multigrain rice
Place has a good tea selections. Can be a little noisy during peak hours.

Pretty worth with tea set voucher on Fave ($10.50)! Chocolate sponge layer was nicely moist and dense, and cream wasn’t too cloying, actually quite liked the random berries interspersed in the cake that gave it a unique touch! 😋😋 Toppings tasted a little artificial but overall still a pretty good cake! Coffee was decent too! Best of all was the environment - well-lit spacious cafe with huge tables, water and WiFi provided, definitely ideal if you need a quiet place to study/get some work done 👍🏻👍🏻

Salmon bowl was slightly small in portion, and was too salty overall. Salmon was nicely pan-fried though. My friend got the glowing bowl which she commented was good. Aesthetic cafe, but when I went there, the second level seating area was full, so I had to seat at the counter seats with no backrest.

Perfect bowl for vegan person with their multigrain rice, seasonal falafel chickpeas, edamame, seared tofu, avocado, plum dusted tomato, roasted cauliflower, roasted sumac pumpkin, shibazuke, seaweed granola and seed mix. It is really a bowl full of different taste mix well together. For non-vegan, you can add on a teriyaki chicken or ume salmon for additional cost. $16+
