While the mash was smooth and creamy, it lacked a bit more butteriness. The truffle wasnโ€™t as strong in taste, compared to its aroma.

Was looking forward to this the most but it was very disappointing โ˜น๏ธ Gnocchi with Gorgonzola cheese, parmigiana reggiano in cream and walnuts. Gnocchi werenโ€™t as light and fluffy as we hoped for and the whole dish was overwhelmed by the stale walnuts.

The most visually stunning dish, this features a large, whole tiger prawn, bouncy and juicy succulent in texture, filleted and served over a bed of creamy celeriac puree infused with orange juice.

Garnished with micro cress, lemon zest, and caviar for a luxurious touch.

You get the smoky sweet savoury flavour of the prawn, followed by the bright briny salty notes of the caviar and the vegetal herbal bitter notes of the micro cress, finished with a wash of fruity sweet sour earthy flavour from the orange celeriac puree. So beautiful and yummy.

A must-try for the tomato base lovers. Squid Ink pasta (which doesn't stain), served with Wild Mediterranean langoustine and prawns, topped with cherry tomato and seasoned with lemon zest and white wine. The gravy was really good - not too thick, more like a broth, and very appetizing.

Smoky. Springy. With a fragrant herb aroma from the pesto contrasted nicely by the plainer canvas of the octopus meat within.
