Light and fluffy Pandan cake with Gula Melaka sauce makes it so irresistible!

Quick a heavy meal to me as I completely full after finishing it.

The seafood grilled perfectly but yet retain the softness of the meat inside. You also can find orzo pasta, mushroom, avocado, poached egg, edamame and furikake; all in one bowl. $21

Surprisingly to see such a crowd here on Saturday lunch time, didn’t expect it as I thought not much people would come to town area.

I was looking for some healthy drink and decided to get this smoothie that made with spinach, coconut water, passionfruit, lemon juice and banana. Quite a refreshing drink with sightly sour taste. $10

Great cup of coffee to start the weekend. Great to be back and hitting cafes.

Their signature pumpkin pancakes that ran out of pumpkin (no choice la hor with covid times) but still tasted really good!! Pancake (just one giant one) was thick and fragrant with enough smoked salmon, egg and Hollandaise to go along with so it was not too dry. Am not really a coffee person but the almond latte was really smooth with subtle notes of almond.

Enjoyed both! Cafe space was pretty and chill too in a quiet area of cross street exchange. Will be back in better times!

Having relocated from the Duxton neighbourhood, Group Therapy Cafe had found its new home at Cross Street Exchange — situated just right beside Big Brand Satay, Group Therapy Coffee now has both air conditioned dine-in area as well as al-fresco seating, and offers not just the all-familiar brunch items available previously, but also pizza and pasta dishes from now-defunct Strong Flour.

Really enjoyed the flourless chocolate cake for how rich and decadent it is — almost akin to that of a fudge-y brownie without being in any way dense and overwhelming; just pure chocolate heaven without the sinfulness. The Mint Cookies & Cream ice-cream made a good pairing with the cake, providing bits of crunchy cookies to chew on with a cooling and refreshing base — not my first choice of ice-cream flavour but still one that I enjoyed; a combination that works well for those who love the classic combination of mint and chocolate.
