My favourite vegetarian food.
Really love the strong truffle taste.
The mushroom and black fungus was bouncy.
The noodles were great as well.
Truffle La Mian ($8.80) with a local drink of choice. I was pleasantly surprised by the strong aroma of truffle that wafted from this bowl of noodles below $10... much less the (albeit minuscule) specks of truffle bits ๐ฎ. Much like #greendot , the la mian was cooked to a perfect texture. Each strand of noodle was luxuriously coated in the mouth-watering gravy that captured the natural umami from the mushrooms ๐ The deep undertones are complemented well with a refreshing crunch from the Nai Bai. I tried my best not to finish all the #carbs but it was just irresistible...

Clearly a 10/10 and defo a must try if youโre ever at Grove (SMU)
Tasty platter of aromatic fluffy rice with vegan items.
Definitely satisfying meal.
Deep fried crispy ikan bilis, peanuts, spiced hard boiled egg, otah, savoury long beans, crunchy papadum.
Highly recommended!
Few of the drinks on the menu.
Hot Milo, Homemade Barley drink and chilled honey lemon drink.
Not bad.
Undoubtedly a hit for me, huge fan of mushrooms and truffle. It is an immense sense of satisfaction to be able to dive into a mountain of mushrooms that delivers satisfying bouts of truffle aroma as you savour it. On top of the all dente noodles, the woodear and nai bai/milk cabbage lend a good crunch to the dish.
Pay slightly more than their Laksa ramen but totally worth it! Check out the stick!! Full of mushrooms. ๐ We totally love the mushroom texture that make us feel like we are having a satay. ๐คฉ The other ingredients are also superb. Try this noodle dish for a change from bento set
