Throwback to One Night Stand Pop Up Stall. Bread toasted over charcoal, housemade kaya, 63 deg eggs and housemade luncheon meat. A decent twist for a typical local breakfast.
From the Growell Pop-up with Bird Bird by Artichoke. The Thai Chicken Hot Pocket was rather disappointing with the thick flat bread coming with only few vegetables and a chicken fillet that lacked any Thai flavour apart from spiciness and cost a whopping $7. Cold Filtered Coffee was made from Common Man beans and rather defined in its taste profile and a steal at just $2 a cup
One of the offerings from Bird Bird by Artichoke at the Growell Pop-up this weekend. Thick and aromatic vanilla bean ice-cream matched with sweet corn compote and chicken skin. Chicken skin added that savoury flavour that was soft yet unintrusive; a more balanced flavour rather than bacon.
From 1pm till the food runs out at 107/109 Rowell road. This is a collaboration from super loco, artichoke's cafe bird bird and the edible gardens peeps! We gotten the thai milk tea slush with coconut icecream, fried chicken skin sundae and the cold brew from common man coffew
So here's what was left!
The Cup Noodles: homemade noodles, dehydrated microgreens, dehydrated mushrooms, luncheon meat, homemade chicken broth! 😛 It has ended at 11am today, for those who missed it, fret not!
Blog post is up on bio! Do check it out!!😄
Serving local dishes and eating them with a cup of latte. The belly was braised till the right texture but it's taste still need some fine tuning! Looking for to the next pop up cafe.
