The salted 6oz beef patty was requested for- to be served medium; consequentially it provided a nice pink hued juicy texture.
A generous slice of fairly mature cheddar additionally made this a decent burger experience but all praises stops here. Burger buns were forgettable and having tasted other more noteworthy, value for money burgers at a similar price tag- Hache did not live up to the good reviews I’ve read prior my visit.
The chicken breast burger felt like a mistake when a literally lean in thinness and overcooked patty appeared. Requiring much condiments (mayo/mustard/ketchup) to mask the protein, the choice of ciabatta was flat tasting too making it one sad burger for £8.50.
